Matrix Type
These are transparent, anatomical plastic matrix strips or shields. They are highly flexible and ultra-thin, making them ideal for precise placement in the delicate anterior region.

Purpose
They are used to confine, shape, and stabilize composite resin during restoration, ensuring that the final outcome precisely matches the adjacent tooth surface and natural contour.

Aesthetic-Focused Design
The matrices are designed with accurate anatomical contours, including proper curvature and incisal angles. This allows for easy reconstruction of the natural anatomy of central and lateral incisors as well as canines, minimizing the need for extensive post-operative shaping.

Transparency and Light Curing
Being fully transparent, the matrices allow complete and uniform penetration of curing light from all directions. This ensures that the composite material is fully polymerized up to the surface boundary, resulting in maximum bond strength and a highly polished surface finish.
