Matrix Fixation and Sealing

Interdental Separation
The wedges apply gentle pressure to temporarily separate adjacent teeth. This controlled separation compensates for the thickness of the matrix band and ensures that, once the matrix is removed, a tight and natural contact point is achieved between the finished restoration and the neighboring tooth.

Anatomical Design
